Independence and non-affiliation
This is an independent publication. No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, license, certification or connection of any kind exists between ElevaHome Hub and Amazon.com, Inc., its subsidiaries or affiliates — nor between us and any other manufacturer, hardware brand, retailer, platform operator or service provider.
We resell nothing, distribute nothing, and act as nobody's contractor, agent or approved service provider. No manufacturer funds what appears here, sees it beforehand, signs it off, or shapes it in any way.
Readers looking for a manufacturer's own site or its support organization should go there directly, using the address that manufacturer publishes. This Site is a different thing entirely and makes no attempt to look otherwise.
No support, assistance, or repair services
Technical support is not something we do, in any form. The table below is exhaustive rather than illustrative:

What this Site contains is writing. Reading it does not enter you into any agreement for services, and corresponding with us does not create one either.
We publish no support telephone number, for the simple reason that no support line exists to publish. If a number, a staffed chat window, or an offer of remote assistance is presented to you as ours, it did not come from us, and you should treat it as an attempted fraud. The single interactive element we run is the automated search assistant on our own pages, and it asks you for nothing.
We never ask for credentials or payment
There is no circumstance in which we would need any of the following from you, and therefore no circumstance in which we would ask: the email address or password you use to sign in anywhere; a one-time code, passcode or recovery code; the password to your Wi-Fi or your router's settings; a card, bank or payment detail; permission to reach a device you own; or a gift card code, transfer or fee of any description.
A message asking for any of these did not originate with us, whatever name is on it. The correct response is to delete it.
Trademarks

Where a brand or product is named here, it is named because that is what the thing is called and there is no sensible way to write about it otherwise. Safety
You will not find instructions here for opening a device, altering it, servicing its internals, or carrying out electrical work — and nothing written here should be taken as permission to attempt any of that.
Consumer electronics should be run as their manufacturer instructs and in line with the electrical regulations that apply where you live, using the power adapter supplied with the device or one the manufacturer specifies. Anything touching on a device's physical condition, its electrical safety, or its warranty is a matter for the manufacturer or a qualified professional.
